No, from what I remember it does not. I just picked up 1,000 '00' caps when I bought mine - that was a good while back, but I'm fairly sure that it did not contain any.
Is there somewhere on the site that indicates how big the capsules are? I can't seem to find any information. Is "00" the biggest size? If so, how much do they hold?
