Im sure you all remember the first feeling of NO2 running through your veins, You felt ur veins explode and expand. It felt like there was green lights all through your system, blood flow was unstoppable.
Well, its been about 3 years since I popped the first capsule. I've been on NO atleast 5 times since then. I never get the pump I received like the first dosage, sure the guns are hard...just wondering if anyone can ever begin a tolerance for arginine? or maybe something isn't right?

Well, IMO, ALL supplements eventually build up SOME tolerance... thats why its best to cycle products, let the receptors catch a breather so to speak.

You can definitely build a tolerance up to Caffeine. I find myself taking more and more scoops of the majority of the pre-workout products I've used. I try to go 2 weeks on/2 weeks off most of the time.

theoretically, yes....theoretically, excess NO forms nasty Reactive Nitrogen Species that can damage tissue.

Few people know that prolonged use of viagra, etc can cause impotence.

:: insert shameless NOxidant pimp here::

If you want an effective supplement, which not only gives wicked dry, hard pumps, unlike the soft bloated NO pumps, but also gives you a huge strength increase as well as good anti-oxidant coverage, try RPM. Add in Cordygen5, which increases endurance as well as recovery and yes, pumps.

To me, my dream stack would be Clout, bulk citrulline, RPM, and Cordygen5, along with the ZMK/MVP stack and Labrada Lean Body MRP. LOL! Expensive!

get yourself some Reset AD by Palo Alto Labs. It will refuel your adrenal glands to make you feel the pump you use to get. It is also very cheap. I believe it is only 18 bucks, and it actually works.

RPM+BCAAs+BA is my staple pre-WO stack and I never have trouble getting a pump. I think most rely on supplements for a pump instead of focusing on the exercise itself to engorge the muscle with blood. Proper form is much more important than any supplement.

This is a VERY good point. Reps.

Reset AD huh? interesting. Ill see if I can swindle my pops to get some. As far as form, flex throughout, but flex even harder at the peak of the movement.

Although your statement is a contradiction, I see what you're getting at. The M-M connection needs to be emphasized on the eccentric and concentric parts of the lift. I am hoping that most of us were able to get a pump at some point in our lives without using ANY supps.

Pumps are awesome :] natural or not. Some harder then others. For a while at one time, I didn't feel a pump in my chest.
