What results can i expect if the only change i make is adding a fat burner?

Im a boxer, ive had some setbacks already this year & am a little heavier than i want.

I train crossfit type exercises (fasted) mon-fri before work & skills sessions Mon-Sat in the PM, eat a paleo type diet at 2000 cals 40:30:30 PCF (including 15g fish oil p/day) & am currently 74kgs with about 6-8 weeks to get down to 69kgs.

It depends on a lot of factors. First and foremost, what thermo? Ephedrine tested very postive without changes to diet or training (I believe 8 lbs of fat per annum on average). Also, you may just be someone who reacts (or doesn't react) very well to a particular supplement.

Without making changes to anything else, I would not expect to see dramatic results with most of the thermos on the market. You may very well see dramatic results, but, as I said, I wouldn't expect it.

Leaning towards cytolean or MAN scorch at the sec., most others have their formulas changed for Australia & these 2 have solid reputations.
