man these carbs are killing me!!!! help?

OK me like most everyone loves to eat pasta and what ever carbs we can get our hands on but, i have been trying to cut out almost all my carbs at dinner time. the only time i eat them is post workout and for breakfast. is lowering my carbo intake going to hurt me when i stop cutting? will it make me gain all my fat back within a couple of days? of course i will continue to do cardio every day but i was just wondering. thanks guys for any hintful help you can give me!

it will only hurt you if you go back to eating the same way and the same # of calories again. If eating like that added fat before, it will add fat again. If you work out what your maintenance is, and keep your calories there, having more carbs isn't necessarily a bad thing, but avoiding the plain sugars is smart.
