OK me like most everyone loves to eat pasta and what ever carbs we can get our hands on but, i have been trying to cut out almost all my carbs at dinner time. the only time i eat them is post workout and for breakfast. is lowering my carbo intake going to hurt me when i stop cutting? will it make me gain all my fat back within a couple of days? of course i will continue to do cardio every day but i was just wondering. thanks guys for any hintful help you can give me!
