any thoughts of how effective it could be?
what's your dosage on the ALA, and are u taking with multiple meals er just wrkout meals
I'm with you on the promising effects of combining AP, ALA & Pslin in my case. "In theory" it should be a synergistic orgy, which is why I'm trying it, but we'll see how the results fair.
Did someone say orgy?
I was thinking about trying AP + ALA, but was hesitant to do so. But since the two of you guys are doing it, I may give it a shot too.
damn Volcom and i thought I was so innovating for suggesting ALA and P-slin ahhaa
what's your choice of protein/carb for workouts??
Waxy perhaps??
My pre workout shake consists of Waxy, Whey, Bulk Leucine, Bulk BCAA.
However, and I'm not trying to be funny, but I felt the most jacked full of energy when I ate a bowl of Cheerios before a workout.
I've been trying to eat whole foods before my workouts more these days, but its not because I'm all about whole foods over supps, I'm just so sick of my protein and although the BCAA & Leucine don't leave THAT much flavor, after months of being on it, the taste becomes really prominent and it makes me sick. I just need a break from my shakes.
I actually think a moderate GI carb around 65-75 would work best(like cheerios).
The last few Times I used WMS and P-Plsin= equals hypoglycemic symptoms(weak, cold sweats, shaky). The quick deposting of Glucose leaves blood sugar very low so that is why I like to include complex carbs with simple carbs. You get quick delivery with sustained delivery.

The advantage may be dubious. I would not stack P-Slin and Alpha Lipoic Acid. I know both can modulate glucose uptake by translocating and activating GLUT-4 cells. Yet, P-Slin contains specific tannins that inhibit glucose uptake in fat cells whereas Alpha lipoic acid does not possess such compounds. So, taking P-Slin and Alpha Lipoic Acid can lead to Alpha Lipoic Acid negatively interfering with P-Slin's ability to block glucose uptake in fat cells.
This would be especially true for Anabolic Pump. Considering that P-Slin contains much more tannins than Anabolic Pump, the possible negative Alpha Lipoic Acid impact on P-Slin may be lower than on Anabolic Pump. Still, why risk it? With Anabolic Pump or P-Slin, Alpha Lipoic Acid is not necessary.

Sources? There are tonnes of references on Alpha Lipoic Acid everywhere. Details on P-Slin is available at usplabsdirect.com.cranghel099; said:Interesting, I would love to read up more about this do you have any sources?
Great! I am currently on my tenth day of Anabolic Pump and P-Slin and do not use Alpha Lipoic Acid. I'll do Anabolic Pump and P-Slin for about four months.VolcomX311; said:I've decided to stop taking my ALA for now
