This is my PWO shake:

1.5g Citruline Malate
2g Beta-Alanine
2.5g Creatine Mono
3g EAA
5g L-Glutamine
10g BCAA
40g WMS

Taken 2x p/day (i train 2x a day)

20-30 mins later i have a shake (iso-100) - now ive been told by a pro BBer i need carbs with that 2nd shake but not to consume fruit, due to where the fructose drives the protein.

Im not a BBer, im a boxer so i eat fruit, my Q is, is there any point taking it with a hydro whey or should i just make sure its a high GI fruit? Should i consume it with something like Dextrose/Maldextrin instead? Or should i down the shake & then eat the fruit?

you'd be better off with the malto, wms, or table sugar than fruit, fruit generally has too low a GI to effectively transport the protien post workout. Although, watermelon in your postworkout may work.

Eat the fruit. Recovery is about more than just the GI of the carbs.
