Shaker Bottle and Unopened Protein Powder in Carry on Bag for Airplane

Can bring a shaker bottle with some protein powder in my carry on bag.

In addition, I wanted to take a small unopened container of protein powder with me. Should I leave it sealed and unopened or should I open it prior to packing it.

you had a shaker bottle with protein powder in it. Not sure what you mean by a tube of protein. Did you also have a container of protein powder. If you had a container was it new or opened.

I make my only blends of protein for diffrent uses and have them in little zip locks that are labeled when I travel. Nobody has ever said anything.

Have flown many time inside the us (never internationally) with protein. If u carry it on your safe, but every time i check it, the bag people either steal it or it gets checked and they dump like half of it out.

Just make sure you don't accidentally label them as anthrax.

Yes it is okay to take your protein powder and bottle. I travel a lot and take protein powder in a ziplock with me all of the time and have never been asked what it is or to have it looked at.

We're not the TSA, but you should be fine. As long as what you are carrying is legal, just tell anyone who asks what it is that you have. Just package your supplements in a way, so that they don't get spilt, crushed, wet, or whatever.

I carried protein powder in its original container with me on the plane. I did not have a problem. TSA did not ask what it was was.

They asked me what mine was and even did that thing where they swab it and then test it for chemical materials or whatever? I was like what the f*ck --look at me, do you really think that me, my 12 year old little brother, and my parents are going to try to blow up a plane or spread chemicals around?

Either way they let it through
