How much ALA, Milk Thistle to take with UCP-1

I bought the following Liver Performance  by MRM

It contains N-Acetyl-Cysteine (NAC) - 400mg

&nbsp;&nbsp;<I>(32 mg of milk thistle extract standardized to 80% silymarin)</I>
<B>Picrorhiza kurroa</B> - 25mg
<B>Andographis paniculata</B> - 25mg
<B>Vitamin E</B> - 40IU
<B>Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin)</B> - 20mcg

I was wondering how many capsules a day I should use while taking UCP-1, to protect my liver?&nbsp; &nbsp;I appreciate your responses.

I'd take at least 4 per day, preferably 5.

i went to walmart, they have their walmart brand ala, its like 6 bucks (us) a bottle, super cheap.

not bad. how many capsules? at 100mg per i assume..... will take a look at my local walmart
