I have been using creatine non stop for about 3-4 months now. I have went through Creadrive, Cell Tech Hardcore "3 times", and MRI's Anabolic Switch is what im currently on "about half way through". Well, I work out 4-5 days a week. Lately, I have been feeling sick to my stomach as i wake up. Sometimes i will also go through dizy spells and real hangover black bathroom candy. Is it a good idea to completly cycle off creatine for a month or so?. I also take ON Whey protein, Glutamine, Mega Man Vitamans, and ALR Wtf Pump pre workout. Is there anything im doing wrong?:rant:

If your stool is black, that is not a good sign. Your likely bleeding from your GI track somewhere. I would get medical attention immediately. As far as cycling creatine, yes all the literature I've read recommends cycling it, altough some disagree.

Gastro intestinal track. Usually black stool indicates a bleed in the upper or mid GI track (esophagus, stomach, intestines). It could be caused by many things, stress, a perforation, an ulcer, ect. I mean, it could be something else are you taking pepto bismol? or iron supplements? or eating lots of black licorice? I'm not trying to scare you, but usually it indicates a GI bleed.

I take my Creatine by the directions, but i dont cycle off it. I think im going to do that now however. I think i may have an ulcer. the ALR WTF PUMP has alot of acids in it. I am going to get off that and change my diet a bit.
