Good job!

Nope - man the cost would be outragous for the RAWS!
Seeing how this protein is designed for Post Work Out, a jug will typically last one month at 2 scoops per serving. Basically, 15 Post Work Out shakes in each container.

Will be available in 10lb bags??..............:run:

Sounds a lot like Muscle Milk with some added goodies :)

The taste is a bit better. I'm still waiting for my chocolate, but the vanilla is the best version that I've ever tasted. Its definitely some of the best tasting(if not the best)protein available.

Better tasting than Muscle Milk? No way!

Yes, the taste is a lot better, IMO. Of course you can call it biased, but I pride myself on calling it like it is - and I've been around long enough to tell the tale of the Protein Evolution as far as taste/ingredient profile goes. This will be a staple PWO for me.

Maybe I'm just a noob, but how is it the "best post workout drink" without any carbs in it?

Or are you assuming we are going to add our own oats/banana etc.

Do you want an insulin spike directly after your work out?
I apologize, I'm not trying to be insulting, and as aforementioned maybe I'm just a noob, but I've always mixed at least some dextrose into my post-workout shake. If you can simply explain why that's a terrible idea, I'd love to hear it.

I've always believed that restoring my glycogen stores as quick as possible is the best idea, and the insulin spike is the foundation of that belief. i could easily be wrong though, and don't mind being corrected.

With performance slated work outs, insulin spikes are ideal. However, if you are on a CUT, it's not such a great ideal to raise it too quickly after your work out.

For an "every day" body builder, our protein is ideal because we do not pack in a huge amount of carbs that may hinder someone's diet tat he/she may be on a CUT/RECOMP. If you are bulking, adding another carb source would be great. The ingredient profile is set up for increased recovery, but may also be used in any of the ways listed before.

Thanks for voicing your opinion here, I appreciate it.
