I am just starting my 50 day cycle of X-factor. I am on glucosamine/chondroitin. I have stopped fish oil. I don't eat fish, except maybe tuna. Most of my fat comes from almonds, I eat about 30+ a day. Also I have about 1/2 a serving of muscle milk. The rest of my fats come from what is naturally in the foods I eat. In all about 75g of fat per day. I have been using egg whites, but I could switch to whole eggs. I have been using chicken or 96% beef so I don't get much fat there. Should I be good keeping what I am doing or should I really change some things?
