What is the best way to take this with CKD... keeping in mind I don't want to be going through a bottle every couple weeks.

I was thinking something like my first three meals of the day for three days following carb up. Plus with my first three meals of carb up?

best to leave it out, in my experience if you do not eat enough carbohydrates following Insulean you will not feel very good at all.
