EAAs V. Hydrolysed / My PWO shake?

1.5g Citruline Malate
2g Beta-Alanine
2.5g Creatine Mono
3g EAA
5g BCAA
5g L-Glutamine
20g WMS

Taken 2x p/day (i train 2x a day)

I was going to use ISO-100 but ill see how the EAA/BCAAs from NP instead. Ill throw some sugar free jelly crystals in for flavour if i have to.

Im 72kgs & not looking to get any bigger, i fight at 69kgs.

My diet is 2000 cals p/day of Paleo type foods @ PCF 40:30:30 6 days p/wk & then whatever i feel the need for on Sundays.

Skip the bcaa and go 10g of EAA.
Or skip the EAA and go 5g BCAA.

Why not use both?
Because EAA contain BCAA anyway, the only reason to take both would be to add more BCAA to the EAA, but in that case why not add more EAA? Unless you have some logic behind combining them to create some better ratio of aminos, I would not bother.
