Wifeys looking to lean down and show muscle. She is 6foot 160lbs very athletic build. Ecto/Meso comp. These safe for her? Been an athelete all her life, wants to lean down but affraid of wrong supplements, need opinions please!

It's fine. Normally women have a hard time getting the dose just right due to having less LBM, but since your wife is tall and has an athletic build, it won't be a problem.

For sure, we have a number of women taking drive, including the #2 ranked female worldwide in Highlands Games

Thanks for the input...she doesn't want to be a number 2 ranked bodybuilder haha she wants the lean female look hehe anyone else? Recomended doses?

she can safely dose by the weight guidelines on the bottle, may want to be extra cautious with rpm and start 1 cap lower than that. women tend to be a little more stim sensitive too.

I just mentioned that one since its one of a relatively few female logs on drive on this board :)

Thanks for the great adive...the log was very helpful. She has a few questions

1) can she be on birth control with on drive and rpm? When is a safe time to start or stop it etc.

2) rpm is estrogen supresser...will this mess up her body chemistry? -\ child production orgasms etc...

Thanks for the quikc posts!

i think dancebot had one going for his model gf.

Dont know what happened to that though :P

there is no known or obvious interactions between drive/rpm and normal birth control types, but you may want to ask your doctor and give him the ingredient list for drive + rpm.

The antiestrogenic activity is light, and is more of an aromatase inhibitor which doesn't affect women the same way as it does men.

her next question is, is this an efective weight and body fat loss suplement? In the reviews all she read about was pumps and energy...

one of the ingredients in drive (at roughly the dosage in 6 drive a day) was clinically shown to help loose fat while gaining muscle. Really if she wants to loose weight in general, a combination of diet + possibly a thermogenic like our lipotrophin am + pm or PAL's leviathan reloaded might be a better bet. Drive still would help retain the muscle she has in this scenario as well.

Just to be clear, i'm not suggesting that she necessarily take 6 drive (and I certainly wouldn't start with that unless you happen to like frequent bathroom trips), but that was roughly the clinical dose for men. i'd think that label dosed drive (4 caps a day) should have significant effect, and if she is tolerating it well she could possibly try 5 a day

Ya I guess I should have been more specific. She has no problem gaining muscle and her diet is great...main problem is hittin point where she can't shred the extra fat....leviathon sound like a good option in that matter? Also same questions as above with BC etc

Thats basically what leviathan is for :) Probably should ask a PAL rep about the birth control part, let me pm one to come answer here

Also I noticed caffine in pretty big amounts in leviathon....anyone have some bad sideffects from it? It does say to take in precaution to not lose sleep...just wonderin

I'd have her try just leviathan alone first. Nice thing is she can probably get away with 1 cap rather than 2, so the caffeine level doesn't have to be that high

I use the Levi and have no problems with it. Its a good womens supp.Having never used Drive I cant say on that one.

Thanks a lot for all the help guys, I think we will go with the Levi and see how that works out. Again thanks a bunch!
