| Registered User | Right i've just started a new routine and clean bulk and bought PowerFULL, XPand, and Sesathin to help me with it. Anyway i'm only a few days into using these suppliments and i've noticed what i would have to call "numourous skin blemishes" mostly on my torso, but a couple on my face aswell. They're not quite spots but are definatly a new addition this week, and i guess may become spots over the next few days. It kinda looks like i have chicken pocks but this is obviosly not possible as i am not ill, have had it when i was a child and, like i say they arent THAT blatent. The problem is that i started all 3 supps at the same time (Wednesday) so i dont knwo which might be causing it. Are any of them known to cause these symptoms? I'm not overly worried as they arent affecting me in any way, its just if they become worse i would start to get embarrised about taking my top off amongst company. Any/all ideas welcome, thanks. |

| Registered User | Are they pimples? Do they itch at all? I get little red blotches on my skin during the winter season. When i get a tan in the spring and summer i dont even notice them anymore. I will also get a bad reaction if i wear certain materials like wool. I will get hives all over my body. I have never had a supplement cause me to have a skin reaction. |

| Registered User | First of all, you shouldn't be taking your top off in front of company. It's just awkward. ![]() There doesn't seem to be anything in those products that would normally cause a skin reaction that I know of (no niacin or Beta alanine or anything like that). It most likely is just an allergic reaction. I would remove pieces of the puzzel until you figured it out (Ie start with just Xpand, then add Sesathin ect). It could also just take a little time for your body to climatize. |

| Registered User | Well Xpand is the only one i havent used before so i think i miht give it a couple of weeks to see if they go away (typical male approach to medical problems ) If not i'll stop the XPand and see what happens. |

| Registered User | stay on all three and have a doctor look at it for peace of mind. It's probably nothing but you don't want to take that chance. | Muscle Pharm Rep | I get these too, I believe it is just from blood flow be increased during exercise and coming close to the skin. The main reason I say that is because i get them from hot showers and even when I get mad or nervous, anything that either gets my heart going or draws blood towards my skin. I am a pretty pale guy though also so I don't know how that applies to you. Trying going for a run or something that really gets the heart racing and body temp up without any supps in your system and see if they appear. This is just my opinion though, and it never hurts to ask someone with a medical background. ****MusclePharm**** What's In Your Arsenal?
