So i decided to cap my yellow gold because i would get some funny looks when i would parachute it in middle of class. In order to fit 1/4 tsp (500mg) into one of my 00 caps, i have to pack it real tight and it all barely fits. Does this sound about right or should i have more room left over in the cap.

I've never capped YG before, but I've found that the 00 caps typically fit between 400mg - 700mg depending on the density of what is being capped. It sounds like you should be fine.

In my experiences, with good tamping I've managed to get rounds with 550-580mg per Nutraplanet Size 00 cap. So you're around the right ballpark.

i dont have a tamper to pack the caps. i just use and unsharpened pencil and credit card to pack it in

haha ive actually gotten it down to doin pretty quick. about 10-15 seconds per cap.

i use 000 caps fits perfectly..the 00 caps takes some finesse

i just got my yellow gold today, am I the only one here who doesn't think it tastes that bad? I tried CEE a while ago and it tasted MUCH worse.

I got used to CEE in pretty quick time and don't mind tossing that back. I only did YG 3 times in powder form so maybe I could get used to it, but the colour and taste made it quite a hassle.

would taking yellow gold at 750mg instead of 500mg be bad because after i capped all of it, i got an average weight of 750mg per cap. Dont know how
