What sups do you take on an empty or full stomach

like with food:muli, fish oil,
with fats: sesamin, prohormones/designer steroids,
empy stomach: eaa/bcaa, PowerFull,



im gonna do some research and try and make a comprehensive list, but any input ill add

I take stims on an empty stomach, but that's about it. Everything else, I take with a meal, but the macros vary depending on the supplement (e.g. SesaThin with fats).
