I tried to read up on this, but most of it is over a year old, and I'm wondering if there have been any updates or better ways of taking this. I just got the ultimate mass pump stack with the CEE. Also, I ordered an extra container of the Creatine Gluconate, and some kwick karb. As of now, I take the stack with the CEE pre-workout, and then when I'm done, I take a serving of cre-gluconate with kwick karb. Does that seem like a decent set up? Also, should any of this be taken on non workout days? As of now I take it everyday. I'm getting results and compliments two weeks into it, so that makes me happy. Just wondering if it's overkill taking it on non workout days seeing how it's a preworkout amplifier. Thanks for any help offered.
