How many calories?
How many calories are in IDS Multi-pro Whey Isolate Protein? I looked on label and its not there... If you can't tell me where can I find the amount of calories per serving? Thanks.

word, i got this military stuff meal replacement somethin its around 300 cals with 30 grams of protein, i'm thinking about using that as well... what yall think

add up the macros on the tub

ex. 20g protein - 20x4
1.5g fat - 1.5x9
2g carb - 2X4

dont they sell IDS at Walmart? The only good thing that Walmart has is ephedrine. I went to get some more yesterday and saw that EAS crap there. The stuff that Brady Quinn advertises. I laughed.

haha i bought mine at steere's nutrition in fayetteville, it was really cheap and i was headed back to charlotte so, i just pickedup a 10lb and rolled
