HELP!!! I had to move my workouts from the evenings to the early A.M. I get out of bed at 3 a.m. and start my workout at 3:30. All is good. I'm waking up but I could use a little help. Right now I'm just taking creatine, whey and a multi. In the past I have used No-Xplode which gave me a pretty good boost but the taste is horrible. I have been reading about RPM but not so sure it would give my the boost I am seeking. Thanks for taking the time to read this post. Any help is greatly appreciated!
