  1. Need More Energy for Early Morning Workout


    HELP!!! I had to move my workouts from the evenings to the early A.M. I get out of bed at 3 a.m. and start my workout at 3:30. All is good. I'm waking up but I could use a little help. Right now I'm just taking creatine, whey and a multi. In the past I have used No-Xplode which gave me a pretty good boost but the taste is horrible. I have been reading about RPM but not so sure it would give my the boost I am seeking. Thanks for taking the time to read this post. Any help is greatly appreciated!

  3. ask one of the AN reps for a free sample of RPM. I'm sure they will give you some if they have it available. Mine is otw and ill let you know my results.

  4. 5 caps RPM and you won't be able to NOT do cardio.
