So i take one dose of YG before my pre workout meal (80g carbs) then during my workout i have 60 g carbs then during my post workout meal which is about 30-45 mins after i finish my intra workout shake i have another carb meal (i take the YG 15 mins b4 my post workout meal obviosuly)
