Arrow FAT LOSS - Shred XS + DCP + Lean Xtreme + Sesamin + Green Tea + CLA + Fish Oil

Been getting alot of feedback on my upcoming 8 Week - Cutting Stack and here is what I am going with as of now:

    Shred XS and Hardcore:
    Morning
    Shred-XS 2 capsules
    Shred-Hardcore 1 capsules

Mid afternoon (I workout around 5pm)
    Shred-Hardcore 2 capsules
    Shred-XS 1 capsules

Lean Xtreme - 3 caps per day

NP Green Tea extract - 3 caps per day

NP CLA Supreme Caps - 6 caps per day

Fish Oil - 6 caps per day

RPN DCP - 6 caps per day

Primaforce Sesamin - 2 pumps 3 times per day (using the NP pump bottle)

Thanks for all the suggestions! Any other comments, feel free to chime in.

Don't need that much green tea from both LX and the caps.. cut down your dose of bulk caps to one or two max.

What would be the negatives (of Green Tea) from 3 caps of NP Green Tea (Tea-GCG, I presume) and 3 Lean Xtreme per day?

As Layne Norton says: More is not better, better is better.

Too much may cause pro-oxidant effects.

Green tea extract and (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate, the major tea catechin, exert oxidant but lack antioxidant activities -- Elbling et al. 19 (7): 807 -- The FASEB Journal

I have also read that the effect of excessively high doses may be more profound for those who have had stress on their liver.

Probably nothing noticeable. Of course green tea is probably considered a relatively mild supplement but just something to keep in the back of your mind when considering upping/mega dosing supplements over their effective dosages.

Thanks, AB, for sharing those studies. I guess one might have a problem, if one took EGCG at some of the doses used in the study over a prolonged period of time. 40mg/kg of intravenous EGCG amounts to 4000mg EGCG for a 100kg user, or more than 16 Nutra Tea-GCG (oral) daily for 40 days. Most users would hardly come anywhere close to this dosage. One of the studies even used 200mg EGCG/kg (minimum of 80 Nutra Tea GCG daily!!!).

The studies are useful to remind us that even Green Tea should not be used recklessly.

Personally, I would see about 750mg daily as an optimum (no maximum) for a 100kg user (1 x 400mg and 1 x 350mg) to obtain the benefits of green tea. Some studies have shown that it is more effective to take at least 400mg EGCG per dose (threshold for effectiveness is around 375mg) than taking, say, 250mg twice.

I believe fatburner should be fine, alternating between the support supplements on different days, rather than megadosing and taking all of that at once.

Yeah, I am planning on using Shred XS, Shred Hardcore, Lean Xtreme, and DCP as my primary supplements, then Fish Oil, CLA, and Sesamin, and then Green Tea.

It has a small amount of caffeine in it, but much more L-Theanine that usually dominates the caffeine in Green Tea. This is why many users get a calming, restful effect from Green Tea, as opposed to (mild) insomnia. There are definitely exceptions, of course.

Good to hear! So rest of the stack looks to be in place?

That's a an effective-looking fat-burning stack you put together, FatBurner . I like the combination of Shred-XS and Shred-XS Hardcore. I also like the inclusion of Lean Xtreme. It looks like a good product for cortisol management. I am looking at combining it with Drive for my own stack sometime in the future. Personally, I would add Relora to Lean-Xtreme to produce one of the most effective cortisol-control stacks far and wide. But that is only an option. You can stick to your current stack. Apart from that, the only other thing I might add is Forskolin (60mg-100mg daily).

Overall, great stack! Wish you success with it

Lean Xtreme contains Coleus Forskohlii (40% Forskolin).

I know. It's just that the main actives in the product are 5-AT (7-hydroxy 17B-dihydro dehydroepiandrosterone), and 7OH (7-hydroxy-dehydroepiandrosterone). Green Tea and Forskolin were added, I presume, to round it up, so it is not clear if a daily dose can provide up to 50mg-60mg Forskolin (required minimum daily intake for effectiveness). That was the basis for my comment. Yet, you might decide to "err" on the side of caution and leave additional Forskolin intake.

For sure, just putting it out there.. especially when taken in conjunction with the sesamin, fish oils etc, might have a blood thinning effect. The extent that it would affect you might be different from my experience, but I take those fatty acids/lignans, and take more than 2 caps of the NP GTE, my nose would bleed. Maybe that is why I am extra cautious/paranoid.

Based on feedback on plenty of green tea already in this stack, reduced the GTA to only 1 cap per day.

Hitting the gym beginning this Sunday after a month and a half absence due to recent surgery. Already started the fish oil and CLA...is it worth started the Lean Xtreme or DCP before actually hitting the gym (starting it today)?

Any need to add any extra TTA?

    Ragnarok already had on hand

Lean Xtreme - already had on hand

NP CLA Supreme Caps - recently ordered

Fish Oil - bought at Costco

    RPN DCP - recently ordered

Primaforce Sesamin - recently ordered only $15 on NP
