What drinks do you drink?
How do they effect a heavy workout?
Only one that does anything to me is, preferably the original in metal cans (I still have a few cases left).
Other than that ABB's Stack is decent, and some weird fruity-flavored one that my gym sells, it has some hype-sounding name and comes in blue raspberry...tastes darn good and works too.
What can I say...they do the same thing that any other pre-workout stims do...I love the intensity...not much more to it than that! If I have the right mental attitude AND an energy drink in me that day, then it's one heck of a workout!
