gernanium is good stuff, i used amp for a while and it gave me a warm fuzzy feeling along with energy. now that np has some i will look into that.

Did 75 mg of the bulk geran with about 200 mg of caffiene and 2Drive/2 IGF-2.

HIIT sprint intervals were great. Had gas in the tank after 50 minutes and 3 sprints at 10 mph for 60 seconds each.

Went on to back/bicept workout with gusto.

REALLY tired the next day though. lol
