| Registered User  | BCAA and JOINT SUPPORT Im looking to buy these supplements and would like feedback on good brand and quality? I used to go to gnc but never really felt any good effects from their products. thanks for any advice |

| Crossfit Fanatic  | BCAA's - Scivation "Xtend" Joint Support - "Cissus" (bulk affordable caps @ NP) Both tried and true, and many members on this board will attest to that. There is currently a great deal on Xtend as well at Nutraplanet, and they just introduced their bulk capped version of Cissus 50%. I have, and enjoy, both supplements. |

| Board Supporter   | Monto, It’s great you’ve realized what a rip off GNC is. For joint support I like Now Brands Extra Strength Glucosamine/Chondroitin 240 tabs and Now Brand’s Omega 3 but I just placed an order for NP’s Bulk Fish oil. I like NP’s Cissus for short term joint relief but haven’t seen much difference long term as compared to Glucosamine/Chondroitin. For BCAA’s I like NP’s 1 kilo bulk.
