Whacked

All sorts of controversy surrounds the efficacy of this supplement.

PRO's
1) It reportedly increases insulin sensitivity
2) Fat loss is said to target A2 receptors (abdominal).
3) Cancer (prostate) fighter
4) Skin Rejuvenator/anti-inflam

CON's

1) It's a trans fat - so is it bad for cardiovascular system? Plaquing, arteriosclerosis, etc?
2) It's a wallet-thinner in the doses needed to see effects (6+ grams/day from a reputable company)
3) Does it compete with Omega 3's (can't take it at the same time as fish oils)??

1. Maybe.
2. Maybe.
3. Maybe.
4. Maybe.

1. It's a natural trans-fat which is well tolerated by the body.
2. Nutraplanets CLA caps are cheap and high quality.
3. I don't know.

CLA by itself will not blow your socks off...but incorporated smartly into a strong regimen will yield some impressive results.
