Can someone tell me how to mix the Form powder with the penetrate? What is the ratio here? How much Form to how much pen? Also, where would the best area be to apply? The groin?

I've used E-form for years, but recently bought the Penetrate with the bulk Form. The process is simple really. Just make sure you add a little powder at a time, and reheat a bit after each time you shake it up. I used an clean empty honey jar and it worked out very well. getting the final product back into the Penetrate bottle was a little challenge, but I just poked a hole in an old protein scoop and poured in into the bottle with that.
