So this morning my dumb-arse self decided to take a 100 mg cafeine pill before school... i had alot to do today and i thought it may help boost me. Instead i was shaking for the first half of the day and then crashed the second half... On the bus ride home i got a stomach eche, head eche and bloody nose.... im now smart enough to know to not take these pills at leisure, but do you think it is still smart for me to take these pills pre workout... the only reason i took one in the morning is because the bottle states (take 1-3 times a day 3 hours between)

You had a pretty strong reaction to 100mg that is like half a cup of coffee. It might be o.k. when working out because you are expelling a lot of energy but the bloody nose and head and stomach ache would make me not want to do that again.
Most people take 200mg+ so that is why 100mg kinda raises a red flag.

You just need to adapt to it. 100mg is not that much. Pretty soon you'll be wishing caffeine was just as effective as when you first started. As a preWO, it will give you energy, focus, added fat burning, and increased strength. It is the most underrated supplement IMO.

However, you might be better off never starting it at all.

Depending on the coffee, 1 cup is usually closer to 100mg than 200.

100mg ? That's not very much. It is probably equivalent to (2) Mountain Dews. I don't think I'd even bother taking 100mg.

I ingest typically 300-350mg at a time and my daily doses range from 900mg-1,000mg.

By the way, I think you might have the dosing wrong. Check the bottle again and make sure that 100mg isn't (1) pill each.

I have a feeling you probably ingested much more than 100mg.
