    I dont know how popular this supplement is but I began taking it along with creatine and on my first work out I felt crazyyy blood flow. Im also on Bcaas L-lysine and L argine. I think i could push less weight but could feel my muscle all pumped up. I dont know how i feel about it because of the loss of strength. What do you think

  3. Is it fine to feel these almot painful pumps and should i stay with both the creatine and superpump or is it an over load. I felt like i couldnt push as much weight

  4. I have never heard of painful pumps on this. I have heard of powerful dumps. You could take with creatine but I would consider that a waste since it has creatine in it. Whatever you do since you are taking a creatine make sure you drink plenty of water. And next time if you do a search there a a bizillion superpump threads here.

  5. ok and I do drink plenty of water. I buy a water everyday and refill it 5 to 6 times... the only prob is i feel like i have to pee every 30 mins.
    but truely I did have painful pumps. I figured i could get throw some sets which i strugled on and it made it harder which didnt make sence to me

  6. Drink enough water that your pee is clear meaning not yellow. Creatine puts water into your muscles(makes them fuller) so you need the extra water. plus it makes it easier on your kidneys. If your muscles seem too pumped that's kinda what you want it means the blood flow is into the muscles. Try stretching between sets. That is when I like to really hit it.

  7. aight thats for ur help.. I just recently got on a new multi and my pee is like neon ... It doesnt seem like i can drink enough water to make it clear untill about 1 or 2 pm .. i take it at 6am and 8 am

    Well, I am not sure why you are taking L-arg with SP250...The blend in SP250 is sufficient enough. What you are taking looks ok. The caffeine in SP250 should give you a temp strength boost. Maybe you should drop the L-arg.

    How many scoops of the SP250 are you taking? Sometimes if overdosed (based on your tolerance) it can cause nausea.

    Heh, I'm around 210. 1 1/2 scoops gets me pretty pumped. If I go to 2 I get an insane rush. Maybe 2 might be too much for you. Try 1 1/2 scoops.
