PostWorkout Recovery Supplements!

  1. Talking PostWorkout Recovery Supplements!

What is your favorite you have used or want to use and why?

  2. torrent, its pretty inexpensive, had added luecine, wms and a good creatine blend. It also mixes easily without a blender and tastes just fine.

  3. Torrent sounds good. But Cherry... Never again.

I drink Hydrolysed Whey + Super Carb + Coco (god damn hydro tastes bad)

  5. Make sure you check out Muscle Delight! Link is in my SIG, and you will be very pleased with its ingredient profile.

  6. 4 scoops Xtend+25gSuperCarb+5g Leucine
    M.Ed. Ex Phys

  7. I'm thinking I might add some EAA to my Xtend...

  8. optimum's new 2:1:1 is amazing. i like it because it has no added creatine.

  9. XF Relentless is another badass option

  10. good info! im gonna try sizeon for a bit

  13. If you want to incorporate creatine, then buy some bulk creatine gluconate ( the creatine that is in SizeOn).

good info i will try that next time

  15. Torrent was one that had my attention. I tend to keep it simple, and PWO I do 0.5c of Oats, Yogurt, Whey, and some Banana/Milk , 5g Leucine and 2.5g BA. I keep it simple and natural I got a big bag of Dextrose and WMS just sitting there that I try and get through but it doesn't move fast lol.

  16. 8oz Orange or grapefruit juice + 30 grams bulk BCAA's + 24 oz water in a shaker bottle. Then get home for dinner ASAP. If I can't get home I'll add a scope of vanilla whey for another 22 grams of protein.

x2m the new Relentless 2.0 tastes great (like a refressing coco taste) and has a great ingredient profile:
Anabolic hypertrophic / myotropic protein blend: (low molecular weight hydrolyzed whey protein, micellar casein, l-leucine, l-glutamine l-valine, l-isoleucine), anabolic hypertrophic / myotropic carbohydrate blend: dextrose, maltodextrin, waxy maize, rice oligodextrin, inulin, coacoa powder (processed with alkali), natural and artificial flavors, sucralose.

    the taste is really addictive

  18. 70g Waixy maize (true Protein custom mix), 40g dextrose, creatine, BCAA's and water. then a protein shake thirty minutes later.

  19. Optimum Nutrition - Serious Mass

It's probably not the best out there, but it mixes without nasty clumps, so I actually drink it all.

I used that when I was still young and naive. I took half a serving with 16 oz of skim milk and it always put me into a hyperinsulemia induced coma (metaphorically speaking).

  21. i like myogenix aftershock. it has everything you need at a good price.

I never saw any outstanding results from SizeOn until I started sipping it intra WO. I may start adding BCAA to it in the near future. This also makes room for other things post WO.

  23. I've used MyoZene for an year now. It tastes good [to me], sits well in the stomach, and there is nothing in it I could potentially become allergic to [WPC or oat fiber, for example].

I went through a tub of Torrent but used it pre-workout instead. It doesn't taste as good [to me] and didn't sit as well in the stomach. Good value though.
