To answer your question OP CEX is a creatine akg/CEE mix that was one of the first CEE products to hit the market yrs back. I was really fond of the taste and the results are pretty good, but not at all better than bulk creatine monohydrate from NutraP. Ive found mono and malate to be far superior to CEE |
