just looking for some feed back

I recently decided to take some creatine again but did a little research and found that Dymatize's Xpand seems to meet my needs
in looking up info on creatine i came across beta alanine and decided to pick some up while i was at my local vitamin shoppe

The beta Alanine i purchased has: 1500 mg - beta Alanine
300 mg L-histdine, 100 mg vitamin c and 20 mg bioperine

In looking up beta alanine i didn't realize that i do not need to take any L-histidine when using this supplement.

My question is if this 300mg L-histidine will hamper the effects of the beta alanine ?

Would appreciate any response

that should be ok, but 1500mg a day isn't enough. need to be more like 4-6g a day to be really effective

No it will not hamper the BA....but like EasyEJL said, you need to take more.

3.2-6.4g per day is what research suggests.

thank you for the replies.
But note that i stated i am taking 4 of the 1500mn Beta Alanine pills a day two 30 min before work out and 2 pills around six hours later. For a total of 6000 mg a day. Though i don't know if i should be taking it after i work out. As there isn't any statistaics on this, and the bottle says to take the doses 6 hours apart.
Have you all ever tried Dyamtize " Expand" ? from what i found it seemed to be a pretty good creatine supp. I wanted to try something different this time as i normaly have taken Cell mass made by BSN.

Once again thank you for your replies, really greatfull and if i might add this is a wonderfull site. Now if i could only find a more in depth nutrition site with free information.
