  1. cleaning out supp cabinet hows this 4post workout


    here are my specs. anything you think i should add or remove i was thinking of adding cinnulin but i dont currently have any
    keep in mind trying to keep this on the cheap


    caffeine 160 mg
    inositol 70 mg
    taurine 1000 mg
    guarana 180 mg
    ginseng 180 mg
    ala 200mg
    vanadyl s 10mg
    hmb 1.5 g
    creatine 7-10 g
    glutamine 3 g

    hope you mean preWO, this would be horrible for postWO

  3. y is that i lift in the morning and have to go to work shortly there after and my preworkout drink tends to make me crash what would you do different

    if you want your stim energy for work rather than for your workout then that is fine, for most people they take their stims preWO, not post.
