What kind of condition is she in? How is her diet and workout program? Do you think she would prefer stimulant or non-stimulant products?Evolutionary Muse - Inspire to Evolve

How about a cortisol product like Retain2? (Sorry, pimpin the home front...)
But if you've got kids, and she's got typical fat storage in those typical areas, a cortisol blocker would probably help out a bunch to target those specific areas.
No matter what you do, though, promise us all one thing. Do NOT let her pick it out based on a TV commercial, no matter how much they market it towards women!! I hear of too many in my daily life falling prey to $75 bottles of crap that contain worthless ingredients or come with a "support network" that you know they'll never use. Informed choices are always the best.
Diet change is key, though. My wife dropped 50lbs this past year just by watching her intake, eating smaller portions at a time (even to the point of using a smaller plate), and switching with me over to the "no white policy" of only whole grains. Simple things do help in the long run; just don't let her get frustrated!
Best of luck to you and your's!!

My GF takes CLA and Fizogen's "The Burn" for women. She has lost weight by doing cardio and keeping her calories at around 1800-2000. She also does circuit training. She probably works out for 1.5-2hrs a day. I believe the diet helped the most though.

One thing that I did for my sister was to teach her about Interval Training and show the scientific data showing how it works. It got her interested enough to do intervals 3 times per week and the results came + a better diet and Green Tea extract. CLA and some Levi would be like icing on the cake.
