A really good read is Dr John Berardi's Massive Eating.

Somedays I try and split it like that, but I personally find it best just to have well rounded meals, with slightly less fats and more carbs near my workouts, but no completely splitting my meals.
Another thing you might want to try is a different forum bro, like the diet forum :icon_lol:. They should have tons of advice on what you should do. You might want to try ckd.com for a price you can get any info and diet you want.
