Going On JW

i started JW two days ago and all seems great but im occasionally getting headaches. Increase Water intake?

Also i know i can come to you guys for knowledge on my workout plan so which seems better?

Plan 1:
Monday- Chest/Tris/Abs
Tuesday- Legs
Wednesday - off
Thursday- Bis/Back
Friday- Forearms/ Shoulders/Abs

Plan 2:
Sunday: Chest/back
Monday: Bis/ Shoulders/abs
Wednesday-Leggs
Thursday- Off
Friday- Chest/ Tris

Also Here is my Supp Stack:

Cytogainer- 2 scoops pre workout, 2 scoops before bed
Multi
BCAAS
Jungle Warfare
 
I've heard it's pretty common to get headaches or dizziness from JW if you take your caps without food, something about the ingredients in JW making you go hypoglycemic.

Have you been taking your caps on an empty stomach?

I've heard that the headaches come if you're not getting enough carbs. Make sure you take them with a meal that contains carbs and maybe that will help.

I was on JW for two bottles, and i got the same headaches as well, but found that if i combined them with some brown rice it take the headache ache away. Or just some carbs, anything to kick the hypoglycemia that jw can cause. And cre mono, its is most effective post workout but pre workout would go waste either

also i like the first workout better, the muscle groupings go better together, but thats my opinion i found that workout one works better for me than workout two. Are Sat and Sun off too?
