Creatine: Anyone take CEE and mono

Maybe a stupid question, but I searched and couldn't find much. I have some plain cheap mono, some CEE, as well as some Cell Mass to use up, which I guess is just mono.

Just curious if there is any reason to just take one or the other?

CEE increases plasma levels of creatine better, other than that CM is sufficient... I would use 1-3 grams of CEE pre workout and get the rest of my creatine from the CM as it is cheaper and does not taste like licking a dirty *******.
 
I did cm for about 2yrs on and off, saw some good gains as you can naturally, but I guess I heard about the lawsuit going against bsn about there products and especially the cm. Saying that there is no such thing as real cem3 that it's really just mono and sugar. Look it up on here it's pretty interesting.
 
well, I've been throwing a 5 gram scoop of cheap mono in my morning shake, then taking the CEE tabs pre w/o, and then a serving of cell mass post w/o. Guess I'll keep doing that, and when the CEE and cell mass run out, stick with the cheap mono.

That sounds like entirely too much creatine. If you want a product for the future that contains a blend of both check out Avant Research SyntheSIZE
