So in a couple weeks im gonna be trying the "1250" diet (http://www.t-nation.com/findArticle.do?article=body_59abcde) just as an experiment to see if i can lean up and add a little muscle at the same time.

Its 5 days cutting, 5 days bulking, repeat.

I was wondering if it would be effective to take EC on the cutting days? its not one of those supps which takes a little to kick in right?

Thanks

EC kicks in within minutes. I like it too much which is why I don't use it.

That would actually be a good idea. But the stuff does get addictive so it may be hard to quit it the week after. I know with me after 2 weeks I start to feel like **** without it.

Ive run it before and didint even get close to being "addictive"

I actaully coudlnt feel it at all but it did do a hell of a job at cutting me up.

Since i dont get the "buzz" a lot of people get i dont think i can get addicted
