DCP and low carb

Would DCP be as nessasary if one were to transition to a high fat/low carb diet?

I would say it would be even more effective, keeping the fats circulating in the bloodstream longer in order to be burned as fuel.

You are just talking low carb, and not officially Ketogenic?

Yeah, although I haven't decided to do it yet. I'm not sure what constitutes low versus medium or high. Keto means your in ketosis and you have 0 right?

Basically, yes.

DCP would be ideal to use with a reduced carb/high fat diet.

I believe keto is 5% carbs.
