hi guys,
I am new here, i tried to search the dosage info on these but couldnt find anything. Anyways, something about me, i am 5'10, 212 lbs, bf ~ 21%. I would like to drop some weight and bf%. Right now i am eating clean and doing 3 days of full body workout and 3 days of HIT cardio( 45mintues) with abs.
Just got my RPM bottle and am pumped up to use it tommorow. I have a bottle of powerfull and i read that powerfull works well RPM, so would like to use it.
Anyways, my question is how should i dose these two. I workout first thing in the morning, also what is the?recomendation for the off days?
