powerfull and rpm stack dosage?

    powerfull and rpm stack dosage?


    hi guys,
    I am new here, i tried to search the dosage info on these but couldnt find anything. Anyways, something about me, i am 5'10, 212 lbs, bf ~ 21%. I would like to drop some weight and bf%. Right now i am eating clean and doing 3 days of full body workout and 3 days of HIT cardio( 45mintues) with abs.
    Just got my RPM bottle and am pumped up to use it tommorow. I have a bottle of powerfull and i read that powerfull works well RPM, so would like to use it.
    Anyways, my question is how should i dose these two. I workout first thing in the morning, also what is the?recomendation for the off days?

    RPM I'd go 3 caps-preworkout on workout days, and 2 caps on non-workout days. (Assess feel on these dosages. Some people prefer to go up or down, but this is a good starting point). RPM should be used on an empty stomach as much as possible. The same goes for Powerfull, however you'll be dosing it at least 2 times a day for max effects. You don't want to miss your pre-bed Powerfull dose, this is where it shines IMO.

    So 2 powerfulls and 3 RPMs before worrkout and 2 powerfull before bed should work then? Thanks a lot, i was gonna do that in first plave but just needed an opinion. Once again thanks for the quick replies. I hope RPM gets me to my goal of losing some bf%.

    I'm not sure how you do it, but I don't think HIT cardio can be done for 45 minutes, that would be brutal. I did 40 minutes once with a 5 min warmup and I was sore for a few days.

    The pre-bed PowerFULL dose will help you get more out of your sleep. I used to need a solid 8.5 hours of sleep otherwise I felt tired, but with the 1-Carboxy (a form of PowerFULL) I find 7.5 makes me feel fully rested still.

    Yeah i know 45 minutes is impossible but i break it down into 2 sessions with abs in between( read it in a fitness mag), has worked great for me.

    Yep, so far i have lost around 15 pounds on this program in about 5 weeks.
