I got a few samples of this from nutra and a side effect of it seems to be that is makes me feel "good". I feel like happy/carefree after working out with it and taking it in general. Anyone else experience this? Is it the mega amount of b12 that's in it?

I know I enjoyed my free samples that I thought so much I just bought two bottles... I liked the appetite suppression and energy I got from it. Also one bottle lasts a long while.
