Well, welcome to the game man, You should stick with a good protein, BCAA's, Creatine(your CEE if you like that), and maybe a NO booster. And with a clean diet and plenty of water you will be good for the time being. You don't need to get to nutty because you are young and should still have a pretty good amount of natural testosterone. That and your body is still growing naturally. As you read on these forums people try a lot of different thing to get themselves to grow. They are OLDER than you. That is one reason they take the stuff they take. You do not need to do that. Stay simple you will thank me later.

thanks man. i def hear u on the diet part. i try my best to eat clean and i also do high protein/lo carbs diet. im just gonna stick to the basic stuff like u said

Try Palo Alto Labs: Incarnate, its good stuff. Beta-Alanine is kinda creatine's cousin.

im just trying to gain some lean muscle with the 6% bf that i have now. i also do cardio 3 times a week becuz i do muay thai
