What if I went with 9 grams a day compared to 6? Maybe 8?

I forgot how much you weigh so a little hard to tell. It probably won't hurt assuming you dont' go past 3g or so in a single dose. I think 6g was as high as i've seen a study done

Start with 6g/day divided up evenly over the course of the day. Run that for at least 2 weeks before you bump up any higher. It takes a bit for it to 'build up' in your body.

I really hope this will help out. I have had zero luck with BA and iv done several cycles before and loged them too.

What are you hoping to get out of it? It's mostly for an endurance increase.

What were your previous dosages? Did you miss/skip dosages? It is definitely a 'cumulative' supplement.

I was consistent as it was for a log. Less fatigue more reps. Closer to my 6 reps I shoot for.
