if you can make one at home you have it made...1 cup oats, 1 scoop whey, 1 scoop casein, 2 TBS natural pb, 2 cups milk (any kind depending on what kind of bulk) and you can be looking at a pretty massive caloric breakdown. I like to keep my weight gaining shakes between 5-700 calories max though, you don't want to overwhelm the body with too much.
