    RPM/Drive/DCP Stack 1st Impressions and a Problem


    OK, so I started my RMP/Drive/DCP stack over the weekend and so far I love it. I haven't seen the strength gains yet like alot of people (still early, I know) but I have seen a HUGE jump in cardiac output. It seems like I can go forever on the treadmill, regardless of my heart-rate. I just can't seem to get winded or to the point of wanting to stop!! I'm loving the 'euphoric, top of the world' feeling as well. However, with the good also comes this....

    I can NOT get to sleep!! I take my last dose @ appr. 3:30 before hitting the gym @ 4 to 4:15. I try to be in bed around 9:30 or so, but ever since I started this stack, I just lie there unable to get to sleep. Is anyone else having this problem? I'm not taking any other stimulants or caffiene sources at all. Is it something i can knock out with something like XDreams or Abyss? Mornings are starting to suck,so all help would extremely appreciated!

    I've been on this stack for about 8 weeks now, and you are gonna LOVE it. I have no sleep issues at all. I take BLAST a few times a day as well. I should probably open that bottle of Reset-AD I have in the cabinet sooner than later though. So you probably have a lower tolerance than I do.

    I've heard good things about Abyss, but I've never tried it. Powerfull before bed would always put me out for the night, you could try that. It would compliment the current stack you're running now too I believe.

    I would cut the dose back a little- should help...

    What dose of RPM are you taking pre-workout? Its still 6 hours though, it shouldn't be that bad.

    If you are looking for something cheap to help you sleep, you can grab a bag of Nutracaps ZMT and a cheap bottle of melatonin. 2 ZMT and 300mcg of Melatonin knocks me out, I sleep deeply, and wake up totally refreshed...no hangover effect.

    Now we are talking about using one supp to counteract the side effects of what the original supp we're using does to us, kind of like people have to do with different prescription drugs. Anyone else find this a bit ironinc?

    ZMA helps me relax when taken before bed. Melatonin helps me get drousy. Tryptophan works nice with me too. I'm currently taking these along with NO Limits to get some really good sleep and funky dreams. But even with these it takes me about 7 hours after my last pre-workout dose of cAMPH + 500mg GTE + 2 tabs of Yerba Mate to stop feeling reved up.

    I'm going to be trying my old REM-REG and Powerful soon to see if they do me any better. The GH released by these types of supps really just relaxes me right into dream land. you may be interested in the Applied Nutracuticals versions of these too.

    try to cut your dosages back a bit. I find Drive sometimes keeps me up at night as well if I take too much, and too close to bed. Im on 9 caps per day and the recomp effect starts to hit at 6+ in my opinion.

    dont that mess with your stomach? 6 a day on a empty and wait an hour before eating had my gut in a rut.

    Thanks for all the replies guys. I'm taking 5 RPM pre-workout which is the recommened dosing per my weight. I have a few samples of Lean Dreams that came in my last order but those don't do the trick either. I had considered cutting back the dose but 6 hours should be plenty of time to 'come down' or whatever. Dsade's advice intrigues me, I need to order from NP in the next day or so anyways. Decisions, decisions.........

    I'd try this take 2 rpm when you normally do, then right preworkout break open 2 rpms, empty them into water, then chug it. Should go in faster, so also gone faster might want to try with just 1 that way first, and 2 caps regularly

    this is what helped me.

    cut dosages back - espeically the rpm if you wo late afternoon/evening. i take only one rpm that w/o.

    eliminate night dose of dcp.

    xdreams didn't do the trick completely for me - only made me feel "gooooooood" for an hour.half. after that i had to try to fall asleep all over.

    i incorporated ifg2 (switched from new powerful) new powerful helps sleep, but ifg2 really deeply (for me anyways)

    dsade's right - i add a melantonin in there and some l-theanine i get from the planet. does the trick with the nighttime ifg2 dosage.
