Just a little history for about 7 years i have had major sleep problems mostly staying asleep. I sometimes are up 7times a night which can be very frustrating

I have been on Ambein 10mg for 4 years helped alot for a while but in the last year my sleep problems are as bad as ever

I have been looking at these 2 supps X-DREAM by IBE and ZMK by Millenium.

My question is has anybody used either and did they get results and if so which do you guys think would be the best one for me to get.

So any of you who have had problems sleeping know how very frustrating not to mention unhealty this can be so any help would be great

i have some major sleep problems as well... not so much staying asleep..its getting to sleep that i have problems with. i have found that 1-carboxy really helps. i used alri venom lean dreams witch didnt really do anything for me. ive been looking into MST zmk also.

I've got some ZMK coming on my next order. Should be here within the next few days. I'll let ya'll know how it works.

Lemon Balm extract + Oat seed extract + 500mcg of melatonin and I am out like a light in about an hour.

I have been on Nimbus Nutrition's Abyss for about 4 weeks and I have found it very helpful. It helps me fall asleep and when I wake up I feel very rested. I would recomended it.

Tylenol PM

Melatonin 5mg and POWERFULL do the trick for me.

X-Dream/Abyss gives me weird energy - cannot sleep after I take either.

Yep Nimbus Nutrition's Abyss for sure!

Melatonin 5mg and POWERFULL do the trick for me.

melatonin 5? Do you feel groggy in the morning from that dosage?

melatonin 3 works for me though, rare occasions I do get groggy, but the sleep is nice.

I really like X-Dream but to be honest, it doesn't seem appropriate for someone with serious sleep problems such as yourself.

I haven't tried ZMK.

I do really like Abyss....and would think that it would be a good choice. I only take it 1/2 dose and it knocks me out.

Ask to be switched to klonopin. I have had sleep issues for 15 years. I have what Dr. calls a restless brain. I cant stop thinking of work, tasks, things to do when in bed. Benedryl worked for a while but stopped.

Most all sleeping meds only work for a shortr while. Klonopin is a anxiety med used to treat stress. I have been on it for years and it works great. No sides, no issues at all. Covered by all insurances and even if not it is very cheap.

5mg Melatonin does not make me groggy at all. I tried 3mg's, but didn't do as well...

I've heard X-Dream by IBE is decent. ZMK by MST is a multivitamin also, so that'd probably be your best bet. I'm ordering some ZMK pretty soon.

Try Mega Sleep Aid by Custom Capsule. That puts me right out, within 15-25 minutes of taking it. I wake up feeling so refreshed. I really do recommend this if you have trouble getting to sleep.

I never really have a problem sleeping so I might not be the best guy to ask. But Abyss really put me out like a rock. I had some whacky dreams the first night, but they went away soon. I only tried the samples so can't give a long term assessment.

The dosage required varies alot between person to person for melatonin. Personally I find 3 mg to be almost too much my body is so sensitive to it. That + 1-Carboxy (PowerFULL) knocks me out and keeps me down, and I very rarely am groggy in the morning.

Melatonin at anything more than 1mg is uncalled for unless you are over 40 years old IMO. 2mg if you are over 50 and 3mg if you are over 60. The negative feedback on Melatonin production from exogenous supplementation is swift and hard to bounce back from. The last thing you want is your pineal gland to down regulate endogenous melatonin production.
