I have not tried it, so I cannot say anything objective in that respect. Yet, if you are looking for a solid Creatine EE product, you might want to try NeoVar. Great blend with Banaba Extract (champion nutrient partitioner, amongst others) and Rhodiola Rosea (phosphocreatine-level optimizer, amongst others).
