I am looking for some help with a debate I have with a co-worker. In my opinion I think PH are alland just a marketing gimmick. I beleive in the real deal but dont do that either but...........
My co-worker wants to do a PH cycle so I told him to search this site to see what you all rate as the best for gaining lean mass.
He just started H-DROL by Competitive Edge Labs. I dont know if this is any good or not. I told him if he was going to try something to listen to you guys and ask what works and what doesnt.
