I want to take this back to basics but very effects. Lets see if you can find major holes with this (note these are NOT my hpta supps and thus for here and not pct forum):

5g x 2 Orotine (tri-creatine orate)

4-5g x 2 beta-alanine

4g x 2 citruline malate

1-1.5g x 3 horny goat x weed

300mg x 2-3 Colleus forsk (20% extra aka mega dose)

3-4 rpm on off days, 5-6 rpm on training days

I will also be cycling IGF and Pmgf but my protocol is confusing and still under work...

Does anyone find any real flaws with this?

Ha sounds good man! Thank you, I will work my way up and see where my breaking point is, that was just based on feedback I heard from people but I planned on starting lower. For my first time I just drank like 2 grams and was pretty good so I will move up slowly.

I have 20% HGW because i couldn't find the 50% on NP.
