I was wondering what you guys think as which of these I should take first or together. Thinking about stacking all 3.
Propadrol-(30 mg)- Have one bottle of this at 60 caps
Hemadrol(50mg)- Have one bottle of this at 30 caps
Desoxydrol-RX()-have 4 bottles of this at 60 caps a piece, its pretty new, (15mg of Phera per capsule plus dandilion root extract, milk thistle and tumeric per cap)
I am 5'11 current weight 217(pretty small for my weight). 26 years old. I'm a Firefighter and in Paramedic school(so i dont have as much time to workout as I'd like maybe an hour a day, if I dont have weight availible I do push ups, sit ups, etc...). I hit all the weights I can with cardio in between. Eat lots of protein, fiber, etc. Now, I am on a mission to get bigger, leaner, and stronger. Having a hard time lifting heavy weights, but I'm strong( I regulary lift 300lb+ patients by myself) Currently taking NO-explode pre-workout(2 scoops), Whey and soy in the morning and evening(100g daily), 600mg L-arginine, and im loading on Creatine Monohydrate right now twice a day. Debating what kind of PCT I should take if any. Maybe a diet plan would help out too, I'm open to any and all suggestions. Thanks in advance.
